Return Policy
Lingerie & Clothing

Due to the nature of Lingerie & Clothing, all sales are final for Lingerie
& Clothing products

Exchanges will only be accepted if item is defected or there is an error in
shipment

Satisfaction Guaranteed! For new items only.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within
seven (7) days after receiving it, you may return it at the buyer's expense for
exchange or refund. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days.

All merchandise purchased from Unilution Inc. is sold in its original factory
packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Merchandise
can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as
sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and CD's included. Place
the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or
shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method.
Unilution Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. NO RETURN WILL
BE ACCEPTED IF IT'S NOT IN THE CONDITION DESCRIBED ABOVE.

For refunds, shipping and handling charge is not refundable.

This policy also applies to defective merchandise. Our refund policy is
designed to allow us to offer highly-discounted prices on all of our
merchandise while still providing safety for our customers. Please do not
bid/purchase if this policy is not acceptable to you.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Unilution Inc. reserves the right
either to refuse the return, or to charge a restocking fee of not less than
15%.

Shipping Policies
Shipping Method & Transit Time

All shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by regular
airmail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (2 - 5 days)
depending on the type of shipping method selected. All orders will be processed
and shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). We will send Order Status
Confirmation via email for all completed shipments. (All mail transit time
stated above is estimated and not guaranteed.)

International order will be shipped through USPS air mail. Transit time is
typically 7-14 business days. USPS air mail does not have a tracking number and
Unilution Inc. will not be responsible for any mail lost. The only
international shipping method that has a tracking number is USPS global EMS
service. Global EMS service is available for an additional fee.

If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the package to be
undelivered, we will re-send your purchase but Unilution Inc. reserves the
right to charge you for the shipping charge again.

To protect both our customers and us from faulty transactions, we will only
ship to confirmed addresses for transactions that are paid with credit cards. A
confirmed address means the shipping address must match the billing address on
the credit card that you used for the purchase.
